Suresh Joseph
Counselling Psychologist

MB chB MSc Neuroscience and Psychology
Suresh 'Reshie' Joseph began his professional career as a doctor. He has since left medical practice and after fully retraining now works as a counselling psychologist.
Suresh has worked within the public and private health system in Asia, and more recently headed up the trauma program at Asia’s largest inpatient rehabilitation centre in Chiang Mai, Thailand. He went on to set up the outpatient facility in Singapore as Head Counsellor.
Suresh specialises in the psychotherapeutic treatment of complex psychological trauma, PTSD, addictions and other trauma-related disorders. He also acts as a consultant to multiple organisations, teaches on the subject of trauma, and has recently published his first book on Amazon titled “A Beginner’s Guide to Trauma”.
Oliver has 20 years of experience in operations and change management with financial services companies. He was most recently the Chief Operating Officer for Allfunds in Asia, based in Singapore, and also spent time as interim Representative and COO for The Warranty Group in Japan.

Previously, he spent 14 years with Goldman Sachs in Singapore, Tokyo, New York and London. During his time at Goldman, Oliver held multiple senior leadership roles including Asia Pacific Head of Liquidity & Collateral Operations as well as Head of Asia for Derivative Projects, and served on a number of governance committees. He was named managing director in 2012.
Oliver spent 2 years as an implementation manager for Worldcom after 7 years as an Infantry officer in the British Army.
His business focus and interests are helping companies with operational aspects during periods of high growth and complex change as well as product, system and platform development.
